The SSFOA Scholarship Program derives its funding through the generous donations of our Members. Each season, two schools – one with a larger population and one with a smaller population – are selected by a vote of our Members based upon their display of sportsmanship among players, coaches, and other team personnel. Each school selected receives two $500 scholarships to be awarded to the student athletes selected by that school. Since its creation in 1998, SSFOA has awarded over $38,000 in scholarship to student-athletes.
