SSFOA Game Reports
The Referee must ensure that a Game Report (available for download here) is completed and submitted to the Assignor within 3 days of each Varsity Game. The Back Judge (5-person crews) or the Line Judge (4-person crews) is responsible to record the game information on this form, and then given to the Referee.
